Punjab Civil Services (Judicial) Exam is conducted by Punjab Public Service Commission time to time for the recruitment of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate.
Scheme of Examination
The Examination shall be conducted in three stages:
A. Preliminary Examination
B. Main Examination
C. Viva Voce
Education: Candidates must possess a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Age: The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years.
Number of Attempts – 3
Stage 1 – Preliminary Exam:
The Preliminary Examination shall be of objective type with multiple-choice questions:

For wrong answer 0.20% i.e. 1/5 mark shall be deducted.
Important: No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the Main Examination unless he / she secured minimum 150 marks (100 marks for all reserved category candidates) in the Preliminary Examination. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination shall not be counted towards final result.
Stage 2 – Main Exam
The Main Examination shall consist of Five papers.
